Typically, our apprentices start on or about June 1.
The classes are typically at night during the week, from 5-9pm.
The school is unpaid. You are enrolled from September to May, 2 nights a week.
All tools except, channel locks, a torpedo level, 2 Crescent wrenches, and a tape measure are supplied by the employer.
You work and get your paycheck for the contractor. The Union provides employment assistance, benefits administration, and worker protection when it comes to pay, benefits, and jobsite working conditions.
